We want you to love your purchase. If you change your mind, we accept returns on full-priced items for store credit or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, undamaged, and in their original condition. All original packaging, including tags and boxes, must be included for mailed returns.
We are unable to accept returns on opened or used urn jewellery.
Items purchased with a discount code or during a sitewide promotion are still eligible for return or store credit, provided they meet the above conditions.
Full-priced products purchased from SHOP NICO’s online store may be returned for credit or exchanged within 14 days of the dispatch date.
Customers are responsible for safely returning items to SHOP NICO. Responsibility remains with the customer until the return is received and confirmed by our customer service team.
Store credit is issued once the return has been received and assessed for condition.
